Vital Sensations offers Hands-On Cooking Classes right in your home! "Edutainment" is one way to describe these small, participatory classes. A combination relaxed party and learning experience, the classes are conducted in your very own kitchen. Instructor and owner Tracy Jo Duckworth believes that students learn more and have more fun when they are intimately involved in the cooking process. It has been said that change is the constant in life. Come along with us as we continue to explore our changing food choices. Our journey continues as we all hunger for more "food that can remember where it came from".

How it Works

You arrange for 10 or more friends to come to your home for a hands-on cooking class. Together we choose the menu. We bring all the food, the students will cook the evenings meal as a part of the class. You and your friends enjoy a meal together as our staff cleans up!
